Window film fitting at Solihull homes, offices and shops
Residential
Home and office window film
We come to homes, offices and shops in Solihull to fit window film at your property. Ben Smith comes out to customers around the town, including Lyndon and Barston, so fitting doesn't mean a trip to a workshop.
While we fit film at a house in Knowle, we protect the floors and furniture in the rooms where we're working. We leave those rooms tidy once we've finished the work. For office or shop fitting in Olton, we'll plan the work so staff and customers aren't disrupted.
Global Tint Solihull
Window film options
You can choose neutral, ceramic, mirror, frosted, dual reflective or blackout film for your Solihull property. Window film cuts heat and glare, with daytime privacy options that let you keep the view through your windows. The film blocks up to 99% of UV, helping limit fading on furniture, floors and displays in shops. There's also security film, which strengthens the glass to help deter break-ins at homes and business premises.

Who'll fit your film
Meet The Solihull Team
Ben Smith is the Global Tint franchise owner serving Solihull. He trained at the company's training facility. He covers Birmingham, 7 miles away, as well as Redditch, 10 miles away. For Warwick, 12 miles from here, and Leamington Spa, 13 miles away, Global Tint has separate local teams to serve those towns.
What window film does
Window film can cut heat and glare, block up to 99% of the UV that fades floors, furniture and displays, and give daytime privacy while you keep the view out.
Heat and glare
Solar control films reflect or absorb part of the sun’s heat before it reaches the room, and cut the glare on screens and televisions.
Privacy
Mirror, frosted and blackout films stop people seeing in during the day; frosted film keeps the light coming in.
Security
Security film strengthens the glass to help deter break-ins and holds it together if it breaks.
The Global Tint way
Careful in your home
Installers protect your floors and furniture while they work and leave the room tidy.
Clean and careful
Floors and furniture are covered while the film goes on, and the room is left as we found it.
One window or every window
We fit film to a single room or a whole building, and help you choose the right film for each.
Handover and warranty
Home and commercial film comes with Global Tint’s 10-year warranty. When the film is on, the installer checks it with you and explains how to look after it.
A tidy finish
The glass is cleaned and the room is left tidy, with floors and furniture protected while the work goes on.
10-year warranty
Residential and commercial films are covered by Global Tint’s 10-year warranty.
Aftercare
You get care instructions and a cleaning cloth. A slight haze or small water bubbles are normal while the film dries, and they clear on their own.

“Great experience from start to finish. Great communication even down to a text an hour before Mike was due as he was doing the job at my house which was the bonus of choosing Global Tint. When he turned up was a very pleasant guy, got on with the job and was finished within three quarters of an hour with no problems and the job was done perfectly. Would definitely use global tint again and recommend them to anyone.”
