When we tint your car in Birmingham, our installer fits film to the rear side windows and rear windscreen, and advises on legal options for the front windows. The shades let different amounts of light through: Onyx lets through 5%, Luna 20%, Twilight 35%, Fifty 50%, and the lightest film 70%.

What happens when the installer arrives?
They look over the car, go through the shades and which are legal on each window, then fit the film from inside the car. Most cars take 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and you get a warranty card, a microfibre cloth, a keyring and care instructions at the end.
Does the weather matter?
Rarely. The film goes on the inside of the glass, so rain doesn’t stop the job, and the van carries its own power and everything the installer needs.
What if something goes wrong later?
Car tint comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. If it peels, bubbles or fades, the installer comes back to your home or workplace and fixes it.

Do you come to neighbourhoods around Birmingham?

What limits apply to front window tint?
For vehicles first used from 1 April 1985, your windscreen must pass at least 75% of light and front side windows 70%, counting glass and film together. Earlier vehicles need 70% for both. Rear side glass and the rear windscreen have no shade limit. Our installer advises on legal shades.
How long should I allow for a full car?
Allow about 1.5 to 2.5 hours for a full car, depending on the vehicle. At the end of your mobile appointment, you'll get care instructions, a warranty card, a microfibre cleaning cloth and a keyring.
