What happens when the installer arrives?

No, the lifetime car tint warranty lasts while you own the vehicle, covering film that peels, bubbles or fades. For a repair under that warranty, the installer comes back to your home or workplace to fix it. You'll get a warranty card and care instructions with your fitting.
