What happens when the installer arrives?
They look over the car, go through the shades and which are legal on each window, then fit the film from inside the car. Most cars take 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and you get a warranty card, a microfibre cloth, a keyring and care instructions at the end.
Does the weather matter?
Rarely. The film goes on the inside of the glass, so rain doesn’t stop the job, and the van carries its own power and everything the installer needs.
What if something goes wrong later?
Car tint comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. If it peels, bubbles or fades, the installer comes back to your home or workplace and fixes it.

Can I tint the front windows as dark as I like?
No, the glass and film together must let enough light through for the front tint to be legal. Cars first used on or after 1 April 1985 need at least 75% through the windscreen and at least 70% through the front side glass. Earlier vehicles need at least 70% through both. Rear windows have no shade restriction, so you can choose any of the available tints for that glass.
What do I get after my tint is fitted?
After fitting, you'll receive care instructions, a warranty card, a microfibre cloth for cleaning and a keyring. The tint has a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car, with peeling, bubbling or fading repaired at your home or work. Small water bubbles or a slight haze straight after fitting are normal and disappear as the film cures.
