What happens when the installer arrives?
They look over the car, go through the shades and which are legal on each window, then fit the film from inside the car. Most cars take 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and you get a warranty card, a microfibre cloth, a keyring and care instructions at the end.
Does the weather matter?
Rarely. The film goes on the inside of the glass, so rain doesn’t stop the job, and the van carries its own power and everything the installer needs.
What if something goes wrong later?
Car tint comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. If it peels, bubbles or fades, the installer comes back to your home or workplace and fixes it.

Can I put any shade on the front glass?
No, the front glass has to let enough light through, while the rear side windows and rear windscreen can take any shade. For vehicles first used on or after 1 April 1985, the windscreen needs at least 75% through and front side windows 70%. For older vehicles, both need 70%. Those limits are for the glass and film together.
How long does a full car take?
Most full-car fittings take about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the car. After fitting, you'll get care instructions, a microfibre cleaning cloth, a keyring and your warranty card. There may still be a slight haze or small water bubbles while the film cures. They'll clear as it dries.
