Car window film fitted at your address in Middlesbrough
Automotive
Mobile car tinting
Global Tint fits car window film at your home or workplace in Middlesbrough, so you don't need to take the car elsewhere for the job. James Bowen and Martin Cross provide the mobile service, including visits around Acklam and Linthorpe.
The van comes to your appointment in the Middlesbrough council area with the fitting equipment and its own power supply. You won't need to run an electricity cable out to it. Film is fitted to the inside of the glass, so rain doesn't stop the work.
Global Tint Middlesbrough
Choose your shade
We can tint the rear side windows and rear windscreen of your Middlesbrough car; any shade is allowed on that glass. The shades go from the darkest Onyx 5%, through Luna 20%, Twilight 35% and Fifty 50%, to the lightest 70%; the numbers show how much light gets through the film. Before fitting, your installer advises on legal shades for the windscreen and front side windows. The film also cuts heat and glare and blocks up to 99% of UV.

A three-minute look at a Global Tint installer fitting window film where the customer’s car is parked.
What happens when the installer arrives?
They look over the car, go through the shades and which are legal on each window, then fit the film from inside the car. Most cars take 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and you get a warranty card, a microfibre cloth, a keyring and care instructions at the end.
Does the weather matter?
Rarely. The film goes on the inside of the glass, so rain doesn’t stop the job, and the van carries its own power and everything the installer needs.
What if something goes wrong later?
Car tint comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. If it peels, bubbles or fades, the installer comes back to your home or workplace and fixes it.
How we work
Everything comes on the van
The van is independently powered and carries everything the installer needs, so you don’t have to provide electricity or a garage. A driveway or a workplace car park is enough.

What you get with every car
Every car tint has a lifetime warranty while you own the car, and the job isn’t finished until you’ve seen the result.
A clean handover
Before leaving, the installer goes round the car with you so you can see the finished windows, and leaves the car clean.
Lifetime warranty
For as long as you own the car. If the tint peels, bubbles or fades, we come back to your home or workplace to fix it.
Aftercare kit
A warranty card, a microfibre cleaning cloth, a keyring and care instructions. Small water bubbles or a slight haze are normal while the film dries, and they clear on their own.
The Global Tint way
Fitted where your car is parked
Global Tint has tinted cars since 2010, and every installer is trained to the same standard at our training facility.
Rain or shine
The film goes on inside the car, so a wet day doesn’t cancel your booking.
Backed while you own the car
If the tint peels, bubbles or fades, we come back to you and put it right.

2 front windows on bmw
“Today we had the 2 front windows tinted by Martin. He was absolutely brilliant efficient very polite and professional and definitely a great asset to the company. The windows are excellent he gave us advice on the windows and how long not to open them etc. I would highly recommend using this company again very reliable even down to the reminders that they were arriving on the date specified and also a courtesy text message to say that they were on the way. Thank you again”

“Well all of the positive reviews were right ! From start to finish Renan was outstanding. We discussed the tint shade that I had selected and agreed that it was right. Despite installing in 30+ degree heat Renan didn't stop. He clearly knows his stuff and his advise about drying time etc was spot on. The tints have totally transferred the car and has made a real difference. Thank you ! Keep up the good work ! Thanks Dean”

“Great experience from start to finish. Great communication even down to a text an hour before Mike was due as he was doing the job at my house which was the bonus of choosing Global Tint. When he turned up was a very pleasant guy, got on with the job and was finished within three quarters of an hour with no problems and the job was done perfectly. Would definitely use global tint again and recommend them to anyone.”

Fantastic service
“Couldn’t recommend this company enough, went above and beyond to pick up my keys from my work address to make sure I got the job done at home today (which I knew would be a hassle) - Great communication throughout, would definitely use again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
