What happens when the installer arrives?
They look over the car, go through the shades and which are legal on each window, then fit the film from inside the car. Most cars take 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and you get a warranty card, a microfibre cloth, a keyring and care instructions at the end.
Does the weather matter?
Rarely. The film goes on the inside of the glass, so rain doesn’t stop the job, and the van carries its own power and everything the installer needs.
What if something goes wrong later?
Car tint comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. If it peels, bubbles or fades, the installer comes back to your home or workplace and fixes it.

Cars first used on or after 1 April 1985 need at least 75% through the windscreen and at least 70% through the front side windows. For older cars, both need at least 70%. The limits apply to the glass and film together.
What warranty comes with the tint?
Your car tint has a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. If it starts peeling, bubbling or fading, your installer will come back to your home or workplace to fix it. After your Godalming fitting, you'll get a warranty card, care instructions, a microfibre cleaning cloth and a keyring.
