Alton drivers can choose the darkest Onyx 5%, Luna 20%, Twilight 35%, Fifty 50% or the lightest 70% film for their rear side windows and rear windscreen. Those percentages show how much light gets through, and you can preview each shade on your own car's make and model using the tint viewer. For the front windows, we'll advise on legal options; the film also cuts heat and glare, blocks up to 99% of UV and adds privacy. What happens when the installer arrives?
They look over the car, go through the shades and which are legal on each window, then fit the film from inside the car. Most cars take 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and you get a warranty card, a microfibre cloth, a keyring and care instructions at the end.
Does the weather matter?
Rarely. The film goes on the inside of the glass, so rain doesn’t stop the job, and the van carries its own power and everything the installer needs.
What if something goes wrong later?
Car tint comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. If it peels, bubbles or fades, the installer comes back to your home or workplace and fixes it.

A clean handover

Who fits car tint in the Alton area?
