What happens when the installer arrives?
They look over the car, go through the shades and which are legal on each window, then fit the film from inside the car. Most cars take 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and you get a warranty card, a microfibre cloth, a keyring and care instructions at the end.
Does the weather matter?
Rarely. The film goes on the inside of the glass, so rain doesn’t stop the job, and the van carries its own power and everything the installer needs.
What if something goes wrong later?
Car tint comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. If it peels, bubbles or fades, the installer comes back to your home or workplace and fixes it.

Can the front windows take any shade?
No, front glass has legal light limits that include both the glass and any film. For vehicles first used on or after 1 April 1985, at least 75% must pass through the windscreen and at least 70% through front side windows. Older vehicles need at least 70% through both. Rear side windows and the rear windscreen can be any shade.
What happens if the fitted film develops a problem?
If your car tint peels, bubbles or fades, the installer comes back to your home or workplace to fix it under the lifetime warranty, which lasts while you own the car. You’ll get a warranty card, microfibre cloth, keyring and care instructions after fitting. Small water bubbles or haze during drying are normal and disappear as the film cures.
