The percentage tells you how much light gets through: Onyx 5% is the darkest, followed by Luna 20%, Twilight 35%, Fifty 50% and the lightest 70%. The online tint viewer shows each shade on your make and model. The film also adds privacy, cuts heat and glare, and blocks up to 99% of UV.

What happens when the installer arrives?
They look over the car, go through the shades and which are legal on each window, then fit the film from inside the car. Most cars take 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and you get a warranty card, a microfibre cloth, a keyring and care instructions at the end.

Rarely. The film goes on the inside of the glass, so rain doesn’t stop the job, and the van carries its own power and everything the installer needs.
What if something goes wrong later?
Car tint comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. If it peels, bubbles or fades, the installer comes back to your home or workplace and fixes it.
