We can tint the rear side windows and rear windscreen; use the car tint viewer to compare shades on your make and model. Onyx is the darkest film, letting 5% of light through, followed by Luna 20%, Twilight 35%, Fifty 50% and the lightest, 70%; your installer advises on legal front-window shades. What happens when the installer arrives?
They look over the car, go through the shades and which are legal on each window, then fit the film from inside the car. Most cars take 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and you get a warranty card, a microfibre cloth, a keyring and care instructions at the end.
Does the weather matter?
Rarely. The film goes on the inside of the glass, so rain doesn’t stop the job, and the van carries its own power and everything the installer needs.
What if something goes wrong later?
Car tint comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. If it peels, bubbles or fades, the installer comes back to your home or workplace and fixes it.

Which windows can have a darker shade?
Any shade is allowed on the rear side windows and rear windscreen. For vehicles first used from 1 April 1985, the windscreen must let at least 75% of light through and the front side windows at least 70%; older vehicles need at least 70% through both. These limits are for the glass and film together, and your installer will explain which shades are legal.
What's covered by the car tint warranty?
Peeling, bubbling and fading are covered by the lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. If any of those happen to your Blackpool tint, the installer returns to your home or workplace to fix it. After fitting, you'll get a warranty card and instructions for looking after the film.
