What happens when the installer arrives?
They look over the car, go through the shades and which are legal on each window, then fit the film from inside the car. Most cars take 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and you get a warranty card, a microfibre cloth, a keyring and care instructions at the end.
Does the weather matter?
Rarely. The film goes on the inside of the glass, so rain doesn’t stop the job, and the van carries its own power and everything the installer needs.
What if something goes wrong later?
Car tint comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. If it peels, bubbles or fades, the installer comes back to your home or workplace and fixes it.

What does the law require for front windows?
Cars first used on or after 1 April 1985 need at least 75% of light through the windscreen and 70% through the front side glass. If the car was first used earlier, both must let at least 70% through. The original glass and the fitted film together must meet those limits.

Your car tint has a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car, covering film that peels, bubbles or fades. The installer will come back to your home or workplace to fix a covered problem. You'll also get a warranty card and care instructions after fitting, with a keyring and a microfibre cleaning cloth.
